14 Days to Return

Any undamaged item, that is not a custom order, can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items with inflicted damage are not returnable.

Discount/Sale items are not returnable.

Custom orders or any item that has been customized are regrettably excluded.

Note: returns must be confirmed by email with me before shipping items back. Items received without authorization will not be eligible for return/refund.

 If approved, refund will be processed - minus the shipping costs.

Return Cost

Customer pays for return shipping, insured at full purchase amount, as items will not be credited to account until they are received in acceptable condition.

Any items lost in the post or shipping, will be responsibility of the sender, as well as insurance filing.
